Request Piece Conditions
Certain products offered by GOOS are marked as "Request Piece", "On Request", or similar.
These products are subject to the following conditions:
1. Non-Binding Request
Using the "Request Piece" feature constitutes a non-binding inquiry only.
Submitting a request does not create a purchase agreement or any obligation to purchase.
2. Individual Review
After receiving a request, GOOS may review:
- product availability
- production capacity
- material availability
- estimated delivery times
- individual product specifications
- pricing and additional conditions
GOOS reserves the right to decline requests without providing a reason.
3. Formation of Contract
A binding purchase agreement is only concluded after GOOS has explicitly confirmed the request and provided the customer with all relevant details.
Only after such confirmation will the request become a valid order.
4. Limited and Individual Products
Request Pieces may include, but are not limited to:
- limited edition products
- one-of-one pieces
- exclusive items
- custom productions
- individually manufactured products
- pre-orders
- small-batch productions
Availability may change without prior notice.
5. Production and Delivery Times
As Request Pieces may be individually produced or created in limited quantities, production and delivery times may differ from standard products.
Any stated delivery periods are estimates only.
6. Product Variations
Handmade or individually produced products may contain minor variations regarding:
- color
- material texture
- wash treatment
- finishing
- details
Such minor differences do not constitute defects.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For individually manufactured, personalized, or customer-specific products, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

8. Amendments
GOOS reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time where necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
